preCharge News BUSINESS — The Russell 2000 small-cap index rose about 0.8% on Thursday to score a new all-time intraday high.

The move was led by Planet Labs, Nextdoor Holdings, Rhythm Pharmaceuticals, Immunovant and Perpetua Resources.

This comes after the index hit a fresh all-time high during the previous session after the Federal Reserve lowered its key interest rate by another quarter percentage point.
